The following information concerns the processing of personal data of visitors and/or customers of this website (each individually referred to as the “Data Subject”) carried out by the seller named above (hereinafter referred to as “SNACH, s.r.o.”). The processing and protection of this personal data is governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter the “Act”), in conjunction with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation”).
Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
1.1 The Data Subject named in this form hereby grants SNACH, s.r.o., Slnečná 38, 902 01 Pezinok, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal CourtSection: Sro, Insert No. 151490/B (hereinafter referred to as „SNACH, s.r.o.“), consent to the processing of their personal data in the scope of: title, first and last name, telephone number, and email address.
1.2 The Data Subject hereby acknowledges that the processing of personal data will take place in an automated manner, in both electronic and paper form, in particular through collecting, recording, storing, organizing, retrieving, using, and, where necessary to achieve the purpose, disclosing personal data to a third party.
1.3 The Data Subject hereby acknowledges and agrees that their personal data, in the scope specified in point 1.1 of this consent, will be processed for marketing purposes, i.e., stored in the controller's database for the purpose of regularly informing them about the offer of goods and services and current promotions of SNACH, s.r.o...
1.4 Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose specified in point 1.3 is granted for a period of ten years.
1.5 The Data Subject agrees to receive marketing information and advertising from SNACH, s.r.o.. to their email address, via short text (SMS) messages to the telephone number they have provided, or by letter.
1.6 The provision of the personal data specified in point 1.1 of this consent for the purpose specified in point 1.3 is voluntary and given in earnest; the Data Subject has read all the terms of providing personal data, understands them, and agrees with them.
Information for the Data Subject
SNACH, s.r.o., as the controller, will process the provided personal data on the basis of this consent for the purpose of direct marketing; granting this consent is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement, and the Data Subject is not obliged to give it. SNACH, s.r.o. as the controller, will provide personal data to third parties – recipients who act as processors in relation to SNACH, s.r.o. and process personal data on behalf of SNACH, s.r.o., whereby the processing of personal data will be governed by an agreement between Apartmány 1620yr and the processor.
The Data Subject may, at any time, fully or partially withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, either by letter sent to the company address stated in point 1.1 of this notice, or by email sent to: info@trnavskydom.sk
The Data Subject is further entitled to:
- request from SNACH, s.r.o. information about the processing of personal data, the source of the personal data, and the scope of their processing;
- request access to the personal data being processed;
- request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data, or the completion of missing data;
- request the erasure of the personal data being processed in cases stipulated by law, e.g. where the Data Subject withdraws their consent or the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was obtained or otherwise processed;
- request the restriction of processing in cases stipulated by law, e.g. where the Data Subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, or the processing is unlawful and the Data Subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of its use instead;
- request that the controller transfer the personal data being processed to another controller,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place where the alleged infringement of personal data processing obligations occurred. In the Slovak Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The Data Subject further has the right to object to the processing of their personal data where such data is processed for direct marketing purposes. If the Data Subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data may no longer be processed for such purposes.
